Submitting Documents to Your ParseMania Processing Agent

A quick overview of how to submit documents to your ParseMania processing agent, monitor real time extraction, and receive clean structured data ready for automation.

Before we dive into the practical part, it is useful to understand what makes ParseMania so powerful. The platform allows you to automate the extraction and routing of information from documents with incredible precision. Once your processing agent is created, ParseMania can receive files from different sources, interpret them, extract structured data, and trigger actions such as notifications or integrations. The idea is simple. You send documents in the way that suits your workflow and the agent handles the rest with full transparency.

Now let us walk through the submission process step by step.

Submitting documents to a Processing Agent:

1. Locate your Processing Agent

Return to the Processing Agents section. You will see the agent you created earlier. In this example it is called Process Incoming Invoices.

2. Choose your submission method

ParseMania offers three options to send documents into an agent.

You can upload files directly from the dashboard.

You can generate an embeddable form with your own design and place it on your website.

You can also use the API to connect your ERP or CRM for a fully automated workflow.

For this tutorial we will use the Direct Upload method.

3. Open the upload interface

Select Direct Upload. A new upload window appears and you can drop your files into it.

4. Monitor the processing

Once uploaded, the documents are processed immediately. You can follow the entire operation in real time. Every extraction step is visible, which makes debugging and validation very easy.

5. Review the extracted data

When the process is complete, you will find all the relevant information from the documents presented in a clean JSON structure. Everything is organized and ready for the next action in your workflow.

6. Confirm the notifications

An email has been sent to John Smith for each processed document, exactly as configured in the agent.

This completes the submission workflow.

Thank you for following this tutorial. If you want to extend the automation with API calls, routing rules, or custom actions, we can move on to that next.
